Helping hands and green thumbs wanted!
Hope Lutheran has a beautiful flower garden behind the Fellowship Hall. We need helpers to tend the garden throughout the summer. Keith & Linda Piller invite you to join them for some sunshine and fresh air in the garden on Thursday mornings around 9:15 weather permitting.
On Sunday mornings following worship, feel free to take your coffee onto the deck and enjoy the Memorial Flower Garden!
July is Hope Lutheran’s turn to staff the Walker Area Food Shelf
Volunteers are needed each Tuesday in July. There are morning and afternoon shifts. Sign up online at walkerareafoodshelf.com, or on the bulletin board across from the church office.
Prayer Shawls Available
Is there someone in your life who you would literally like to wrap up in prayer? Giving the gift of a prayer shawl is a wonderful way to do that. Prayer shawls are available at no cost. They have been knit or crocheted with prayer by members of the Hope community. You can request a prayer shawl in the church office.
Update your Picture Directory!
Did you take a new family photo recently? Update your online photo in Hope’s congregational directory. You can email a new picture to the church office, or update it yourself by accessing your online directory account. If you need assistance accessing your account, or if you’d like an updated printed copy of the directory, please contact the church office.
